BLANC is a luxury brand for silk products provided to you subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”), which may be amended by us from time to time with no notice to you. Thank you for shopping with us. All our products are hand-made to the best quality, which have not underwent animal testing or any commercial heavy usage. Our products does not prevent S.I.D.S (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome), please do not leave children unattended. BLANC and its Related Entities attempt to be as accurate as possible in the description of products. Reasonable scrutiny has been taken to ensure that the description, color, dimensions, etc of each of out products are accurate. However, colors of silk may vary in different lighting, different devices and different production batches; our products may not be uniform/ consistent in color due to silk’s natural characteristic and the manual craftsmanship. BLANC does not warrant that product descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. All purchases shall be at your own risk.

RETURN, EXCHANGE OR REFUND

All products sold are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. All sales are final. INDEMNITY You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BLANC and its owners and associates (and the officers, agents, partners and employees of each of these) against any and all loss, liability, claim or demand arising out of or in connection with your use and access to the Website.
